I believe that Christy Natsis is guilty and should be put in jail, because part of her trial says that she is not allowed to drink any alcohol what so ever, however, not to long ago Christy was found in her local licker store buying more alcohol, which make me believe that she may have an addiction to it.
My first reasoning that she is guilty is that while she was driving home the night on the incident, March 31st 2011, when multiple witnesses said they had seen her in the parking lot of Crazy House in Kanata crashing into a light post, other cars, etc. Also, after she had killed the man (Bryan Casey) right when the police started to chase her, the first thing she did, even before she pulled over, was call her lawyer, so she obviously knew she was in trouble.
My second reasoning that Christy Natsis is guilty is because the officer took breath readings that read over two-and-half times over the legal limit. She was charged with impaired driving causing death. She has been fighting for innocence. It also makes it very suspicious how a lot of the evidence cannot be used in court.
My third and final reasoning is because a waitress had said they had waited her quite a few drinks that night. However, even if that wasn’t true, she still had the booze the police found inside her car she could have drank after her night out.
I strongly believe that Christy Natsis is guilty and should be punished for what she has done the past two years of her life. It just is not right! How can someone be so impaired behind the wheel that she kills someone!
